Over a week after receiving my order, I finally received the email stating that they would be refunding the money from the LUT. I called right away and was told that they had run out and that there would be more information coming in an email. When I received my order, the Large Utility Tote (LUT) was missing with no explanation as to why. I placed the order on, and at the time this item was not discontinued/out of stock. I had placed an order for a Large Utility Tote in the Stepping Stones print.
